Sichuan Chicken Wings

1-2 T Sichuan Shake per pound of chicken party wings

Preheat over to 400°F. Place wings in a bowl and generously coat with seasoning, tossing to coat evenly. Use less to make them less spicy. Place wings in a single layer on an aluminum foil covered baking sheet. Roast for 45 minutes to an hour or until fat has been rendered and wings are browned and crispy. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
