All Purpose Taco Filling

1 lb ground beef (or whatever ground meat you prefer)
Meatless Option:  Replace ground meat with diced mushrooms and onions, or black beans
2-4 T Rachelle’s Taco Seasoning (more or less to taste)
Water as needed

Heat a skillet over medium heat, and add ground meat and a bit of water (use more if your meat is very lean). Stir to break up clumps. When almost cooked through, add Taco Seasoning and a bit more water if mixture is dry, and stir well to combine. Continue cooking until the meat is cooked through and the most of the water is absorbed. You can add a bit more water if you want your meat a bit saucy.

Use in quesadillas, tacos, burritos, taco salad, tostadas, nachos or anywhere else you would use taco meat!
