It all started with Tacos

Being from Southern California, tacos were a mainstay of Rachelle’s childhood diet. She never tired of them no matter how many she consumed. When she relocated to Northern California to attend graduate school, she missed her “SoCal tacos”. At UC Davis, Rachelle and her Food Science cohort would get together for themed dinners. One evening Rachelle developed a taco seasoning for taco night. Rachelle’s taco seasoning became so popular with friends and family, she would get requests for the spice blend on a regular basis! Rachelle and Edible Odyssey seek to share our love of tacos (and all things delicious!) with you.

Rachelle is a connoisseur of flavor, and works with food companies large and small as a product formulation consultant. She shares her passion for food and skill for developing flavor through her hand-crafted spice blends.
